I'm not getting any responses from Zendesk support for ticket ID #11860308 and #11860300.  Please respond ASAP.

We're sorry to hear that you haven't gotten a response on these tickets. Upon checking, these tickets are already coordinated and assigned to our sales team, who will be in touch as soon as possible. Again apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience here.

Hello,

We have been trying to make some extremely simple changes to our subscription, but the process to make the change is overly complicated and unnecessarily requires involvement with your customer service / sales team.  This process should be completely automated and immediate, but instead we are on day 7 and counting, with the only progress being that our tickets have been "assigned", with no further action to-date.  Please provide a resolution date ASAP.

We are still waiting....it's been 14 days with none of the requested changes being made to our account.

Respectfully, we do not need any more "we've received your request" responses.  We just need the account changes to be processed ASAP, period.
