No idle timeout tab

Hi!

My chat goes offline when I don't want it to. To prevent this I've learned that I can go under settings > personal > idle timeout and change the settings. My problem is that I don't have that tab....

I have (in Swedish) profile, notifications, and email reports. No idle timeout. 

Why? What to do?

Hey Niklas,

If you have Agent Workspaces enabled on your account then the Idle Timeout tab would not be available. If you'd like to adjust this setting you'll want to disable Agent Workspaces. More information on how to do that here: Configuring your chat availability settings

Hi Brett, 

Is this a feature that will be enabled in Agent Workspaces? Even just for Admins? Seems like a big missing feature.

Hey Mark,

I reached out to our team and it looks like this is something they are looking to add in the future as part of the omni channel experience. I don't have an ETA of when this will happen but keep an eye on our Announcements page!
