No Bounce back notification emails

Hi!


After long correspondence with your team it seams like you don't have the feature of bounce back notification emails . So in case my team are sending an email to an incorrect email or full email address and the email wont be delivered ill never know about it.

Is it something that you are implementing or thinking about implementing? as this is a big issue for us not to know if our emails are being received or not.

I'll appreciate your answer regarding this

Hi Reut,

According to one of our Product Managers this is a planned feature but we do not have an ETA of when this will be available. I would recommend upvoting the Prioritize Bounced Email Notification feedback post which and providing your use case to help gain visibility on this from our Product Managers.

Hi Brett, 

            Has this feature been implemented yet?  I still dont get any bounceback emails for emails sent to incorrect or non-existing emails. Does that mean it is still underway?

This hasn't been implemented yet but is something our Product Managers are actively working on :) You'll want to follow our Announcements page where we keep everyone updated on new/updated features.

Hi,

Do you have an update of when Zendesk will be able to and handle bounced emails? The lack of this alone made Zendesk a very poor choice for our company. Huw Davies.

One of our Product Managers shared an update around this functionality here: Prioritize Bounced Email Notification

We don't have an additional information to provide at this time nor do we have a timeline to share.

I'd recommend upvoting the feedback post I've linked and subscribing so you receive an update when Ben has one available.

We need this feature! We are running into situations where salespeople may be CCd on a ticket response, but the agent accidentally types in the wrong email address. Then the client continues with the salesperson which ends up in a dead-end.

We are looking really silly not being able to say to our Salespeople that we get a bounceback when we send to an undeliverable email address.
