No audio on calls, hangs up after apx 10 seconds.
My users all seem to experience this from time to time.
Call comes in and there is no audio. Not for user or customer (test calls show this).
Strange thing is that the recording play the customer's audio but the the rep's. Cleared cache and rebooted multiple times.
