"Need your own message" hyperlink disappears

Hi, 

We were attempting to add a voicemail for our new employee, and we did not see an option to add a message via Sell. 

When I go to the Sell Voice Settings, the "Need your own message" hyperlink disappears within a second of selecting the "Forward to voicemail" dropdown - which is why we were having difficulties adding those messages. 

We were able to get the message uploaded by sending it to a Zendesk agent to manually add it to our account, and when they were in our account, they were able to recreate the same issue and recommended that we post in the Voicemail EAP Community to allow you to investigate. 

Are you able to help us find a solution so we can add our messages to our account?
