I am trying to close my account with Zendesk but I am unable to do so. On login into my account, I cannot see any help feature and hence I cannot raise a request. I am not able to find Zbot so that I can submit a request. Can someone please help on how do I contact someone so that I can get my account closed. I want to ensure no more amount is deducted from my card. If anyone can help I would be grateful.
