The "Thank You" page after the survey should be configurable and customizable based on the customer's rating.

For now, this feature is not natively available yet. You may consider using third-party apps if you'd like a customized CSAT page. Here is one app that I found in the marketplace that can possibly achieve your use case: SmileBack
