My dashboard is no longer accessible

Hi,

I was working on a beta dashboard when the page reloaded itself.

Since then, I can't find my dashboard on the home page.  Is it possible for you to recover it?

I have created ticket n°12399001 with the dashboard ID.

I lost 2 dashboards while using Beta. I believe the action that caused the error was removing a report. You click on the report, and to the right the 3 dots appear with the report title, I click remove, and page reloads and dashbaord is gone. I can't replicate it every time I remove  report, but its happened twice enough for 2 dashboards to no longer exist. I have the reports still but Im afraid to rebuild a third time in the event I need to remove a report that my dashboard will cease to exist again.

I lost 2 dashboards in beta. it seems to be after trying to use the 3 dots to remove reports. The issue is inconsistant and does not happen everytime, but enought that ive lost 2 dashboards

we have investigated the issue and found out that the deletion of the dashboards have been initiated on your end.

 

I understand that the process to delete a report and a dashboard is quite similar, and might have led to confusion. 

When deleting a dashboard, we request confirmation to ensure it's the intended action. 

 

While we're working on improving the dashboard and report deletion process for the future, I recommend being mindful of which 3 dots menu you are using when removing a report. You can refer to the attached screenshot for more information.
