There seems to be a bug that affects multi-level numbering when editing a Draft. It looks like the styles are not correctly applied between the levels (i.e. per settings configured in the Theme). However, this is handled correctly in the frontend when Previewing the article. For example,

In Preview/Published - correct

Thanks for logging it. I have enabled account assumption for 7 days.
You can see this behaviour in one of our Drafts (I'd prefer not to publish this as it is a test article), but it shows you the issue.
