Hey team,
I would really welcome the ability to make ‘Partially satisfied’ (the middle option in a 1 to 3 scale) not be returned with a negative scale.
This is an issue because it skews our reporting if all the ‘partially satisfied’ rating are returned as ‘Bad I’m unsatisfied' (which is currently the case)
Can you please add a neutral interpretation and let us choose what marks get it?
