Monthly Meeting with Zendesk Guide users

I have a suggestion… Can we have a monthly call with Zendesk Guide Product Managers and specifically around knowledge and CRM integration? Salesforce, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy have the same type of meeting with their Customers/Knowledge Product users. Objective: Provide global training on features of the tool, Provide feedback on using the tool, Zendesk starts gathering an in depth understanding of Their customers needs in the real world, enable the discussion and commitment of Zendesk to enable KCS features on Guide. I can start the meeting on a Monthly cadence if we can get some Zendesk love and support here.

Hi Tony and thanks for the suggestion! 

We will be launching official Zendesk User Groups soon and I think that these regular meetups will help you achieve what you're looking for. We want to bring Zendesk customers together to connect, learn, and grow together. 

Keep an eye out soon for more info but for now, we're looking to understand where and/or what groups we should launch first.

We're currently running pilots of user groups and expect to start launching them more broadly around June/July. 

In the meantime, I'll take your idea to the training and product teams to see what we might be able to offer in terms of additional training, webinars, etc.

So Zendesk is running user groups…
Is there a chance that one of us can start this meeting and have someone from Zendesk like a PM join us? Instead of keep waiting for ZD to “let us in”…

Hey Tony - 

Yes, definitely! Come on in! 

Basically what we are doing is trying to get as many people as possible to fill out the User Group interest form and tell us what you're interested in meeting about and who you want to connect with. Then we'll coordinate - i.e. get everyone who's interested in a User Group for Knowledge Managers together - we'll help identify and onboard 1-2 people from the group as the leaders, and then we'll provide support in terms of content, speakers, etc. 

So fill out the form, share it with anyone else you know who might be interested, and we'll get a knowledge manager off the ground!

Just to echo what Nicole said, please come on in and fill out the User Group Interest form!

The responses on the form are going to be really helpful in shaping where we decide to open up chapters first and identifying leaders to help in that process.

I think that's a good idea to bring customers on one platform. Because many companies are doing the same, It would be a good startup keep it up. https://support.zendesk.com, is a platform which is reliable and the support is amazing. You should take such decisions Thanks.

@drew12 I don't know if you're still looking for users, but I tried the link to the User Group interest form on your post from April and got "Page not found".

Absolutely looking for more leaders and thanks for letting me know. I'll fix this now.
