I am testing adding tags to tickets and noticed the following behavior that is impacting the ability to use this function.
Issue: unable to ‘resubmit’ because new fields have been added to the ticket form since the ticket has been closed so I am unable to 'resubmit' because the new fields are non-editable.

Due to the fact that the ticket form has changed recently, I am unable to use this functionality on older tickets which is extremely disappointing as I was really excited about this feature and capabilities.
