On June 12, 2024, we introduced the modify closed tickets feature in an open beta. This feature allows you to modify closed tickets by editing their tags. 

Currently, we're working on enhancing this feature by providing the capability to modify closed tickets' subject and priority fields. We'd like to hear from you about which additional ticket fields you need to edit on closed tickets so that we can prioritize these in our roadmap.

Hello @Chaitali Pathak , I would love to give you pointers for what to add next but I don't have a google email address and your survey requires one….So I will let you know my thoughts in this comment :-) I think that we are many users frustrated because we can't edit our custom fields on closed tickets, so I vote that those fields should be prioritized next. Thank you!

Thank you for letting us know, I have fixed the user-survey form issue, the google e-mail id is not mandatory now! I would be grateful, if you could fill up the survey. Thank you very much for your response in the comment section.
