Mobile site doesn't show customizations

See the example below of the mobile site for our New Request Page not showing the customizations we put in.  This is how we notify users of an outage so they don't continue to submit tickets on something we know about.  It would be nice if this conveyed on mobile view.

Hi Josh,

It seems like the option "mobile layout" is turned on. Just go to "Help Center Settings" >> "General Settings" >> "Features" and switch the flag "Mobile layout" off. It should help.

If you need any help with a responsive theme for your Help Center, look at our theme collection and services: www.lotusthemes.com.

Hi Josh,

The mobile version of the site for our legacy themes was built with jQuery Mobile around 4 years ago. At the time, that was the best solution for serving up content to mobile devices but the framework is quite limited when it comes to customization. As such, we had to make the trade off for supporting mobile customers but not providing the customization that our customers had in their themes.

However, a lot has changed in 4 years! We now have a fully responsive theme named Copenhagen that supports mobile devices and full customization out of the box. It doesn't use the old mobile version that our legacy themes used. I encourage you to check out more information here:

Thanks!
