Missing translation into Italian in Messaging Web Widget for "Name"

I've defined the standard web widget for chats and activated the field "Name", in Italian "Nome".

Well, when I test it in Zendesk preview, I get the correct word in Italian "Nome".

While when I use the chat from my website, I get the English version "Name".

Please, Zendesk support, could you translate?

Could you confirm whats the locale that your browser is set to? Is it English or Italian?

my browser is set in Italian.

By the way I've already received confirmation by Zendesk Support this is a bug.

My purpose is to report and share the bug in order to speed up its solution, as suggested by Zendesk Support operator himself.
