Missing scope error (403) when viewing article in Help Center (Web Widget)

When opening our integrated Web Widget and clicking to expand a Help Center article, in the console we get a 403 error with the following message: "You are missing the following required scopes: hc:write, write"

It is related to a call to: https://[companyname].zendesk.com/api/v2/help_center/en-150/articles/360017999738/stats/view.json

Could you give some suggestions how to resolve this error?

      Hi Kornelia,

       

      It looks like something is going on with your Widget and how you are using it that causes the error. I've created a separate ticket to check this further. Please expect an email shortly about this.
