Missing "Flag Article" feature (based on attention for this new tool)

Hi,

it looks like the APP can do everything which can KC App also do.

But I donĀ“t find "Flag Article" if something goes wrong.

Is this feature available or will this come later?

    Hi Tobias! Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it! Flagging articles is not available yet but it is planned for the later stage.

    I was looking for this as well! The layout of this is so much nicer than the KC App, but flagging is a big feature we want to start pushing agents to use more.

    Hi, is there any update on how long this might take to develop? I think we may have to revert to the app if this is going to take much longer as it's a feature we rely on. Thanks!

    Hi Oscar! Unfortunately we do not have a particular date when flagging is released.

    Hi Tetjana,

    due to feature is GA now, will this be part the of the APP to fully replace the old Text Bar Editor APP?

    Or when can we expect, to only roll-out 1 APP / ways of working to our Agents?

    We continue working on enhancing the Knowledge capabilities. The next step will be to add articles flagging.
