We are considering to migrate to the new agent workspace.
In this prospective I have some doubts.
I did not find any information about integrations, api connections or any downloaded app.
Will this be affected to migrating to the new workplace?
Or is it only for the chat?

All your integrations, API connections, and downloaded apps will not be affected when you migrate to the agent workspace. You may just need to update your chat settings to make sure that chats are routed to your agents.
