Meta tags on CC'ed emails where did you go?

Hello, 

We often have to take an email from someone we are CC'ing and put it into another application to do parts orders. Meta tags were ok, I could at least see the full email when I hovered over it. It seems that the latest update has removed this and what used to take me 1 step and some typing now takes me 10 steps and switching back and forth between screens. Not really sure the purpose of removing them but, we can make it even better, 

I really would like the ability to click and it copys to my clipboard instead of doing nothing but a highlight when I click. If that is too intrusive of a move for a click, maybe a right-click copy? You currently can't even do that as the copy saves the name, not the email. Look, I'll settle for the meta tags and manually typing the email into my other software, that's fine but come on... give'em back....
