Message send from Zendesk Support to client LINE account sometime does not record in LINE business account

Hi,

I can not see the message on LINE business account that I sent via Zendesk Support.

When it works, I see the message on LINE business account which I send via Zendesk Support. and it works sometime, but sometime it does not work.

Could you please help me on this? I dont think the setting is wrong as some time it works..
