We have a few deals that were started in our system and have since grown into one larger deal. How do I keep all details for all deals and merge them into one?

Deals cannot be merged in Sell. This is by design since it is possible that two Deals could have the same name, value, etc but still be considered separate Deals. Sell errs on the side of maintaining as much Deal data as possible rather than risking the loss of any data via merging. If any Deals are considered true duplicates the best course of action would be to either move the extra Deals to a state where they won't be worked on (e.g. un-qualified) or delete the extra deals completely.
