Good Morning,

Love the new feature for the member profile but am noticing some oddities that make it difficult for our agents to use.

1. The error message displayed when an agent tries to update the phone number or email that already exists on another account is not helpful. It states something like, "Oops something went wrong please try again," but doesn't call out what went wrong or if the email/phone is connected to another profile already.

2. When an agent takes a ticket, then goes to update the member profile information, it seems like there may be a caching issue. I have had feedback from multiple agents stating that, when they go to update member information on the new beta member profile page, it will often load old information or information not associated with the member account. It's not happening on all tickets but a lot of them. I actually had the same issue when I went to look at the ticket ID the agent provided. When I pulled it up, it pulled up information not related to the member. I was able to refresh and see the right information but the agent shouldn't have to do this on every ticket. This seems to happen most often on tickets that came in with only a phone number.

3. We see a similar caching issue when looking at the customer details. It's either not loading or loading incorrectly for some of the custom user fields. Ex: we have a date field for last purchase date etc and it is typically showing us the wrong date. 

4. If something is in beta or a product feature request, if I have already opened a ticket with Zendesk for the issue I am seeing, I don't think I should have to go to the community forum to add in my opinions/issues with the product given that I have already stated my issues and are looking for help. It's an extra step for me to re-add this information elsewhere when you all already have it.

I wanted to add as well, the name change would be more helpful if it included what the name was when the account was created in addition to what it gets changed to when updated. It calls out the email when the account is created but not the name.

Hi Rachel - thanks for posting this. Is this regarding the User Profile beta feature? You've posted in the beta for Agent Home, but I noted your feedback over having to go to multiple locations to share feedback, so I'm happy to take it from here and share it with the appropriate folks!
