Measuring CSAT on Whatsapp and Facebook messenger

Hi,

How are people are currently measuring CSAT on Whatsapp and Facebook Messenger through Zendesk? We can't currently seem to find a way of measuring it. Does anyone know how we can measure the CSAT of either channel by potentially inserting code/a link which allows people to fill out a Zendesk survey?

I had also tried this on my laptop. But I  had to fix Error Code 0X80071A90 that has occurred in it and then go on with the mechanism to do it successfully. I also did not know the process and even the concept unless I learn it by seeing the Youtube videos.

One solution for sending CSAT through social messages could be to use the satisfaction placeholders in a message to send a rating link.

Specifically, I found useful the placeholder satisfaction.rating_url.
