Is it possible to map the incoming email contents to ticket fields /custom fields?.If yes, how to do ?
Mapping support email contents to ticket fields
For example, My email content have the variables called "SiteName" and "Requester", we want to map these variable values to ticket fields?

SiteName: MY-001
Requester : MD001
