Manage users and user information

We have built a Help Center using Zendesk guide.  We only allow sign-in users to access the system but do allow users to self-register as a user.  A user mistakenly entered more than one name while signing up so would like to get the name with the wrong information to be removed.  I, as an admin, how do I help remove that name from the user list?
