Make the NULL value appear in queries...

Would someone be able to help me make the NULL value appear in the x axis of my queries?  I havent been able to figure that out...

Hi Randy! Can you share your query and what you're hoping to measure? Including zero or null values might be specific to your use case.

Actually, I think my question has changed to, how do I make the "NULL" value appear as "No Response" in the x axis.  See how Yes and No appear in the bar graph below?  How dod I get NULL to appear?  Or how do I get NULL to appear as No Response?

Metric:  Solved Tickets (Count)

Columns:  Reoccurring Issue (from custom ticket form)

values are:  Yes, No, NULL

Filters:  Ticket Group (one group) and Ticket Solved Date (last week)

Thanks for clarifying, Randy! It sounds like what would actually help is a renamed set. You can read how to update the name of attributes in this recipe. It's talking about a different attribute, but can be applied to your custom field the same way!
