mail DNS zendeskverification issue

Hi, guys

I has two Zendesk instances and uses one DNS.

When setting up the existing Support Email address, you are told to add zendeskverification.mycompany.com to DNS, but you cannot add a record with the same name to one DNS.

What should we do in this case?
