Hi Team,

Checking on those company who's using mail chimp app currently? I have total understand on how this works as I have tested in Dev environment but wants to get the live feedback of those companies/user.

1. Is this app beneficial?
2. What are the pros and cons?

The app broke a few years ago and our Company was told it wouldn't be fixed by Zendesk Support. It used to be very useful but now can no longer send customer lists to MailChimp rendering it unusable for our purposes. It will say it sends only 100 of the customers on the list then it errors out and can't create the campaign. I would not recommend using the app. We have gone to mainly exporting and importing our customer lists from Zendesk into MailChimp.

I do use the app for one reason, and that is the ability to see when a user has been included in a campaign. That can be good information to have when communicating with them on Support issues. It gives us the opportunity to reinforce the message.
