iam looking for a way to gather information about emails that were sent via Zendesk to our customers. Some of our customers notified us about them not getting our email responds. Only CCs of those tickets are notified in that case. Is there a log where I can view all outgoing emails from Zendesk?

Thanks for reaching out to us on this. When it comes to being able to show logs of outbound emails on tickets, this will have to be a feature request as currently we do not have plans to add this as part of events. You can create a post here if you have some time.
Having said that, we have our article here on how to check if emails were successfully sent within the events that could help with troubleshooting any outbound email issues.
