I've come across this issue with the greeting message that pops-up when an end user clicks on the live-chat option. they get an initial greeting message and then are asked to enter their Name and(or) email address. If by mistake the end user enters their name in the message box, rather than the box present under the 'Name:' option, the chat gets blocked, and the agent doesn't get any notification either. Has anyone else noticed this issue as well? And if anyone has found a walk around for this issue your suggestion will be very helpful
