List tickets with a certain type inside a guide category

In the client's portal (Guide), is it possible to list some tickets titles there. The tickets will be those containing a certain ticket type that I will control? The tickets will be shown inside a guide category.

Our goal is to list all our changes made inside our systems there for employee to know what is changed, what is currently failing with the perspective that every problems have tickets created and every changes have tickets created.

If possible, how can I do that?

hi,

using api you can fetch tickets and show on help center. it depends on the the access level while fetching the tickets. https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api/docs/support/tickets
