I have created a form for vendors to fill out with their information. I would like to direct them to this link, to fill out their company information, but how do I do so without a drop down list of my other internal forms. I do not need a vendor seeing these other forms.

Select the form you want to send them to, and once it opens, copy that URL
It will look like
https://your_company.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=123456789012
Where 123456789012 is the form id
I am needing the "Please choose your issue below" field, to not show up after copying the URL. It seems no matter the form that is chosen, "Please Choose your issue below" always appears. Can this be hidden?
