Hi,
I noticed today that the Layout being utilised on my live iinstance of Zendesk is no longer being respected.
Notably the position of the comment composer and order of comments is now reversed. The option to set a Layout in a Contextual Workspace is also missing.
I have logged a Ticket with Zendesk Support on this topic.
@robert17 Thanks for reaching out on the community. Looking at the Support ticket that you filed, it looks like this was resolved. In the case you continue to be unable to utilize Layout Builder, please reach back out to us for troubleshooting.
