Hello,

We were using Web widget with EAP but We just had a bug in language and had to turn previous version.

We force to use langauge as Turkish with js code: <script> zE(function () { zE.setLocale('tr'); }); </script>

However our main buttons were Turkish but  name surname email fields were some other language I don't know (It looks serbian)

We deactivated EAP till you fix the problem.

I attached how it looks (which is half turkish half not)

We're sorry about the issues you've been experiencing with Turkish UI. Some strings were translated into Serbian. We are investigating this issue at this moment and I will reach out to you once this issue is resolved.

We are integrating the authenticated visitors to our system. Please solve the bug ASAP and give me info about my EAP? It's disappeared

As I remember, It's supposed to be a button there to activate EAP?

Any news please?

Hi Berk,

If you're referring to Integrated Chat (Early Access Program) in the Web Widget settings, that is called Integrated Chat (Limited Availability) now as the function status changed to Limited Availability. I can see the option in your screenshot. Once you enable the option, you can use Integrated Chat!
