Currently, users can put "heading" links in articles in Zendesk guide. These links provide a quick way to navigate to different headings in long article. However, "heading" links do not work when previewing the article in the Knowledge Capture app.
This is causing issues since agents are flagging these articles as having a "broken link" when, in fact, the link is simply a heading link to a different part of the article. Please update the article preview of the Knowledge Capture App so that heading links work.
