Knowledge APP not loading in right side for Agents (only admins) since today

Hi Kasper,

since today our Agent role can´t see/load the Knowledge on the right side. Admins still can load and use it.

Is there any change that happen today/yesterday which cause this issue and how we get it back?

thanks, meanwhile we have roll out the old APP for Text Bar Editor again, that our Agents have something.

Please let me know then this bug had been fixed.
