I would like to know if it would be possible to get the URL of the visitor when this one is requesting a call back from our website ?
We are getting this information from all other channel (chat, offline message ...) but not from callback request
This feature is crucial on our business as it allow us to know which product they are looking before assisting them

This is not a possibility as the base program stands. The URL information doesn't make it back to the ticket is it becomes a callback.
