Hi,
I'm currently integrating Zendesk Support SDK in an iOS app and I'm having trouble submitting a Request after attaching a file in the RequestViewController.
The section containing the button gets overflowed by the keyboard and it's not possible to submit a request unless I manually dismiss the keyboard, which isn't a very intuitive behavior as you can see in the screenshots below.
I'm currently using version 5.2.0 of the iOS SDK.

Hi Javier! I just tried reproducing this in the Cocoapod sample app located here and I was not able to reproduce this issue, either in Simulator or on my iPhone. Both were tested in iOS 14.3 and our iOS SDK 5.2.0. Would you mind trying it in our sample app and see if you have the same result?
If you are using the API providers instead of our own UI, I could take a look at your config functions to see if there is anything obvious that I can spot; just include that in your reply!

I tested the Cocoapod sample from the repo you mentioned and I was able to reproduce the issue. My bad for not giving you steps to reproduce it, those are:
1 - Tap to "Ticket list" button located in the main screen
2 - Tap to "Start a conversation" button w/i "My tickets"
3 - Tap the attachment icon to open the gallery modal
4 - Expand the modal by tapping the "Library" button located at the left side of the Camera preview (scroll to the left in case you don't see it)
5 - Select a picture.
After this, the modal will automatically dismiss and then the keyboard will appear overflowing the submission area.
Hi Javier, I am so sorry for the delay...I thought I had responded! When I ran through your repro steps back in January, I wasn't able to reproduce and I just tried again and still was not able to. If you're still seeing this issue, can you ensure that you're testing on the latest version of the SDK and iOS?
same issue with me, I can not see file when I tap attachment icon, the key board hide my file.

I use the the demo from here https://github.com/zendesk/ios_sdk_demo_apps/tree/master/SupportSDKSamples
It works fine when I use iPhone8 iOS 15.5.
It works not ok when I use iPhoneX iOS16.
I tried two samples, one is Sample write by swift, and the other is SampleObjectiveC write by object-c.
Content in help center is been cut and can’t be scrolled to visit, is it can be fixed?

Thanks for reporting, are you able to replicate on other iOS versions? Additionally there are a few different samples at that link, which one are you using?
