      I have an open ticket about Klaus with Zendesk and have yet to get a reply in over a week. I was told by the Klaus team to reach out to Zendesk for a plan that is less than 25 users.

      Hey Zach, thanks for bringing this to our attention and sorry to hear you haven't received a response back yet. I was able to track down the ticket you have open with us and I've bumped up the priority and followed up with the team internally to see if we can expedite this.
