I'd like an option for the Jira Server integration to not require updating the firewall to allow Zendesk to connect to on premises Jira. We have corporate restrictions on inbound connections and are not permitted to do this. The Zendesk Jira App running on premises and connecting to Zendesk.com would be allowed.
Perhaps the Zendesk Jira App can poll Zendesk to get updates rather than Zendesk pushing updates to Jira.
