I'm trying to install the zendesk integration in Jira, atlassian.net/jira/marketplace/discover/app/zendesk_for_jira
- I have admin access on Zendesk, using my account. I do not have a free seat for using a dedicated integration user.
- I have jira-administrators and jira-software-users groups within Jira
- I have met all the other pre-conditions listed in the help doc https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408837969946#topic_mm1_3t3_scb
When I press authenticate I get the following error, "We're sorry, but something went wrong" at this url https://jiraplugin.zendesk.com/integrations/jira/oauth/finish?code=3e15bcc87ed5592158b6e615d9f1bfba6ccd3e16644299989247342e57374c28&state=[redacted]
Any help would be great
