I reached out to Atlassian with this question and they bounced me to you.

I applied the Zendesk plugin which is working well in our Jira environment.
However, within one project where a Jira case was created from a Zendesk ticket, I have a post function that enables that Jira case to move to a different project. I'm not seeing where, within that post function where I can designate to have the link to the Zendesk ticket follow along. It isn't available in the list of specific fields to transition with the case. Do I just need to use the radio button for "Copy All Fields"? Or, because this is a 'custom' field it can't move forward in the post function to the new case?

Hi Kara. This is more of a Jira side issue I suspect. However, here is what I know ... custom fields in Jira work differently depending on whether you're using a Classic or a Next-Gen project. In the newer Next-Gen project, custom fields can't be easily transferred across. If the "Copy All Fields" option isn't working for you, then this may be the reason why.

Hopefully that gives you a few ideas for further investigation
