I use a TOC called In This Article in all of my Help Center articles. In a family of articles, I include Content Blocks. I am unable to add links in my TOC for anything that is in the content block. I previously had this capability in the Legacy Editor and now with the New Editor this is gone.

The only workaround I can suggest right now is to unlink the Content Block after applying it, which would allow linking to the headings within it. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
