I notice in our most recent update of Zendesk the following issues.

1) I can no longer paste some SQL like SELECT ABC_XYZ FROM table. The paste results in the removal of all underscores, such as SELECT ABCXYZ FROM table. This is not an issue for a one liner like this as I can type it in, but with several lines and several columns this is time consuming and appears to be a bug.
2) I notice that the ticket is updates and when I hover over the ticket I can see that the client has responded and read some of that response, but when I click on and open the ticket it does not show the latest response. I must refresh the page in order to see the response. This has changed since the last version and appears to be a bug.
