Issue: Missing the Satisfaction tab in my Support Dashboard

I have set Customizable CSAT and turned it on. The flow is working fine, but I can;t see its results since the Satisfaction tab is missing from my support dashboard. Hoe can I reach it?

Thank you for flagging this. We are currently working on the fix. You can create a custom Explore dashboard with a new CSAT.

Thanks for your prompt reply. 

Unfortunately I'm not sure how to create a custom Explore dashboard either, because its seems that the ‘Create Dashboard’ button is not there either.. (at least as it should be per ZD documentation)
