I know there is a system already in place that will create an abandoned call ticket, but is there a log of the calls that are coming in and out of Zendesk? If not this would be a great feature to have as it is would be easier to maintain a record of the calls without having to know the ticket number, as well as a caller ID, would be a helpful feature.
