As I have mentioned above, I want to remove zendesk from chat widget and want to use my company name with Team plan, is it possible to do? If not then which plan I have to use?

The ability to remove the Zendesk logo from the widget is currently only an option if you're on both the Enterprise plan and Zopim Premium. There may be ways to remove the logo through some custom JavaScript without having to upgrade but this is something we do not provide support for.

I pay for "Support Suite" and find it a bit frustrating that we can't remove the ZenDesk logo because we aren't paying Enterprise pricing. Most companies allow you to white-label after you start paying them. I'm paying for the Suite, which I thought would clearly allow me to hide the ZenDesk logo.
