Is it possible to disable messages when agents are offline?

On my pages, I have Zendesk Chat. If the agents are offline, visitors are allowed to leave a message.

How can I disable the customers from creating offline messages.

I do not want/need an extra unstructured contact channel.

Hi Vincent,

You can turn off the offline form in the widget. You can learn about those settings here: https://chat.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/218262477-Managing-Offline-Form-settings

Hi Ramin,

The option you suggested is not available in the chat widget, only topic 1 and 2 but not the 3 as described in your answer.

It is key that visitors can not leave an offline message on any of the pages (Our own, or in Zendesk Guide)

Can you let me know if there is another route?

Hi Vincent,

Based on what you are describing, you have contact form turned on in your Web Widget settings. Turn it off and visitors wont be able to create tickets when you are offline.

The Web Widget settings are inside the Support dashboard.

Hi Ramin,

Still not solved.

The contact form in the section you mentioned is already turned off.
Visiting Zendesk Guide will allow me to leave a massage, after logging into Guide, the option has is no longer there.

Hi Vincent,

It looks like you have both the web widget and the chat widget enabled in Guide. Can you turn off the Chat checkbox in the Guide settings please? Then, it should only load the web widget experience going forward.
