Hey @Kalle Windefalk

Regarding feedback from Rocketspark, we have since improved how tickets are displayed in the Sunshine Guide Events app. We're also currently working on bringing functionality available in the Guide Events app EAP directly into Customer Context in Support.

Additionally, we understand that page views are important to providing more visibility of customer activity. Reintroducing page views collected by the Web Widget is an active focus for the team into Customer Context.

Please let us know if there are specific areas of activity and events that are important to you!

Hey Josh,

Yes, the Sunshine Guide Events app provides similar functionality to Pathfinder, particularly focused on Guide activity.

Hey everyone

Today we’re pleased to announce the General Availability release of Guide events in Interaction History.

Guide events give agents visibility into actions customers have taken in your Help Center. For example, you can provide your agents visibility into the searches a customer has made on your Help Center or articles they've viewed. This will help agents to avoid repeating troubleshooting steps that a customer has already taken.

This means that functionality available in the Sunshine Guide Events app (EAP) is now available natively as a Generally Available feature in Agent Workspace.

To view events in Interaction History, you may need to go into Admin Center and switch events on for display. For more information, please see Adding Sunshine user profiles and events to customer context in a ticket.
