Hi Zendesk Community!
I was wondering if anyone has any experience transitioning from Paligo to Zendesk. We currently use paligo to hide our internal content within our public facing Knowledge Base (hidden through VPN access), however we are in the process of transitioning fully to Zendesk and in so will create a sep section for Internal Only and then our Public facing guide.
Any tips or tricks or insight would be helpful!
